Q: Is is safe to purchase here?
A: All transactions are done over on paypal, which has SSL certificates on it.
A: Where is the item's location?
Q: It is in Hong Kong.
Q: Is my personal information safe if I purchase here?
A: We only ask our customer to provide information that is required for shipping the item. Once the item is shipped we will delete the information.
Q: How long will I received the product?
A: In general, customers should expect to receive the product 7 to 10 days after the payment is received and clear (We will notify customer once the payment process is complete). Except if the item is low in stock or the item orders between Dec 13 to Dec 25, which it will not ship until after Dec 25. We will notify if there is problem to the item.
Q: What if I don't receive the item, will I get my money back?
A: Yes. We will return all the money you pay for the item.
Q: What if the item I received is damage or some parts is missing?
A: You can return it 14 days after you receive the item. The item must return in its original condition. Once we receive the item we will give back full refund to you.
