Return Policy

All item can return within 21 days after shipping date.

Item can only return if it met any condition below:

1. Item is broken, missing parts when it is still in is original packaging.

2. Receiving the wrong item.

To return an item for full refund, customers should contact us by email within the 21 days period.

Once we received the return request, we will provide a Return merchandise Accepted (RMA) number, with direction of how to return the item to us. Customer needs to write this RMA number on the package.

Once we received the item we will give back full refund and the mailing cost to return the item to us, via paypal electronic transfer.
